Mr Balbir Singh is the Head of Chambers at Equity Chambers, Mr Singh has extensive experience in defending at the Magistrates Courts, Crown Courts and at the Court of Appeal, in a wide variety of cases such as Murder, Manslaughter, Terrorism, Corporate Fraud, Offences against the Person, Serious Sexual Assault, Armed Robbery, Offenses of Dishonesty, Drug Trafficking, Confiscation Proceedings under the Proceeds of Crime Act and other general criminal matters. Mr Singh also has extensive experience in dealing with Civil, Family and Immigration matters at the County Court and Tribunal Courts.
Mr Balbir Singh is a grade 3 Prosecutor, and he is a Member of the VHCC (Very High Costs Case) Scheme.
