Practice Profile:
Preet has a diverse background and offers invaluable experience that was gained both within and outside the legal sector.
Prior to practising as barrister, Preet developed his advocacy skills as a self-employed advocate, undertaking a variety of work in the County Court such as: landlord and tenant, forfeiture, mortgage possessions, bankruptcy petitions, infant approvals, consumer credit and small claims. Additionally, he sat on an independent panel for Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust, which was tasked with reviewing appeals and detentions under the Mental Health Act 1983.
He has an entrepreneurial background. Before embarking on a career in law, Preet worked in commerce, co-founding two companies, operating in retail and business to business environments.
Preet is able to draw on his broad experience when dealing with cases. Clients benefit from his unique skills set, attention to detail and client care.
