Haroon Khattak has successfully argued an Appeal against Sentence in the Court of Appeal. Mr Khattak argued that his client’s sentence of 10 months’ imprisonment for Dangerous Driving was manifestly excessive and should have been suspended. The Court of Appeal agreed and not only reduced the sentence to one of 6 months’ imprisonment but also suspended that sentence for a period of 12 months.
