Since being called to the bar in 2018, Brad had built up a highly successful practice in the County Court, working for the nation’s leading advocacy providers as a “Solicitors Agent”, or County Court Advocate, pursuant to Schedule 3 Paragraph 7 of the Legal Services Act 2007.
He was in court 5 days a week and regularly acted on consumer matters and road traffic accident trials on the small claims track. He also had extensive experience in landlord and tenant litigation and appeared at first instance possession hearings and trials on the small claims track inclusive of housing disrepair. This is not an exhaustive list of his experience, he even made appearances in the High Court which is most uncommon under the legal framework.
Now Brad is counsel, he welcomes instructions in all areas of civil and is looking to build this within chambers.
Brad also welcomes instructions in all areas of crime commensurate with his experience of the area, but also warmly welcomes all instructions in the Magistrates Court, including anything within motoring law which he enjoys.
He looks forward to building up both his civil and crime practice within chambers.
Outside of court, Brad is a keen traveler of the world, and enjoys driving and video games.
