Practice Profile:
Mr Jutla has been involved in a large number of Serious and High Profile Criminal cases. The spectrum of cases undertaken by him, vary from Murders, Drug Trafficking right through to Serious White Collar Crime. Mr Jutla has been lead in many cases by Junior and Queen’s Counsel and has an Appellant Practice. He is also a Panel Member of the Very High Cost Cases (VHCC) scheme. As a young junior barrister Mr Jutla has been involved in many High Profile cases that have attracted significant media attention and publicity.

R v Ashiq Hussain (Bradford):
Represented the Defendant in a 12 week trial for an offence of Attempted Murder. The allegations involved the use of a firearm in order to kill three males. Led by Queen’s Counsel and Cross Examined the main Complainants in this case. The Defendant was acquitted of Attempted Murder.

R v Harnaik Sandhu (Birmingham)
Instructed as Counsel for the Defence. Case involves allegations of Conspiracy to defraud the Revenue of £41 million pounds and Money Laundering. This case involves 7 other Defendants and is currently being prepared for the forthcoming hearings. This case has a 12 week time estimate for trial.
